1. What is the return policy?  

For all orders placed, you have 30 (thirty) days after delivery to make your return. Orders made online on our website www.veja-store.com.br can't be returned on store. Only items in new conditions, in their original box (undamaged box) will be accepted. 

  

Socks must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags intact and attached. 

Free returns in Brazil for orders over R$ 450,00.

We make total refunds of the product(s) returned by the selected refund option when making your return request: credit note or refund depending on the original payment method.   
In the absence of a specific choice, or if the item was originally cancelled using a credit voucher, the amount will automatically be converted into store credit, valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue. 
Credit vouchers granted as a commercial gesture are non-refundable. 

You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been processed. In the case of a credit voucher, the amount will be available in the account used at the time of the order. 

 

2. How long does a return take?  

We process returns within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the product at our distribution center.
 
If you requested a refund, the amount will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase within 7 (seven) business days.
 
If you requested store credit, it will be available within 5 business days for use for 1 (one) year. After this period, the credit expires and cannot be used or refunded.
 
You can track the progress of your return in your account, in the Returns section.
 

3. Can I exchange my product for a different size?  

If you would like a different size or another model, we invite you to return your item. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit to use on our e-shop. 

You can then place a new order using this store credit. 

Returns must be requested through your VEJA personal account by following the online return procedure only. (See FAQ: How can I request a return?) 

 

4. How do I return an order ?  

You can request a return directly from your VEJA personal account by following the steps below: 

Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com.br and go to “Orders”. 

Select the order containing the product you wish to return and click on “Create a return”. 

Fill in the required information: items to be returned, quantity, refund method (store credit or refund), and shipping method. 

Confirm your return request. 

For orders eligible for free returns (orders from R$ 450,00), a Correios return code will be generated. Once the correios code has been created, you can drop off your return to correios point within 10 (ten) days. 

For orders that are not eligible for free return shipping, you will need to print the return form available in your account and send it together with the product. 

Only items in new condition, in their original (undamaged) box, and accompanied by the return form available in your personal account will be accepted. 

Please note that orders placed on our website www.veja-store.com.br cannot be returned to a physical store.  

 

5. How can I find the prepaid shipping label?  

 If your order is eligible for free returns (orders from R$ 450,00), a Correios return code will be generated in your Returns section after your request has been validated. You must present this code at the selected post office when dropping off your parcel. No printed label is required. 

If your order is not eligible for free returns, a return slip will be available in your personal account in PDF format, under the heading “RETURN SLIP”. You must print this document and include it inside your parcel before shipping.

6. When and how will I get my refund?  

In order to receive a refund or a credit, the returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (box, accessories). Any product that has been worn, damaged, is not in its original box or whose packaging is damaged will not be eligible for a refund or credit.  
From the moment we receive your return in our warehouse, the average processing time is 7 (seven) working days (Monday to Friday).  

The confirmation of your refund or the edition of your credit will be notified to you by email.  

A credit note is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue. Credit notes created as a commercial gesture are not refundable.
